lol, that actually sounds like something I would do, except I wear my contacts a lot more nowadays.

no visions not quite that bad, i go swimming a lot in the summer, so i'm use to not being able to see clearly for long periods of time.

But on the scooby doo note i acctually have seen some one do that before, first i laughed. Then realized what am i doing and helped them out.

ive been wearing glasses since i was in... grade 4? im not sure... hm...

btw abt the competition, its a local competition with 3 categories, 1st category for ages 4-12 yrs old with teh theme 'guardian of the environment' 2nd category is 13-16 yrs old wif the theme 'yin n yang' n the 3rd category is for all ages with an open theme... im doing 2nd category obviously,,, the closing of submission of works is on 27th Aug if im nt wrong...

this is my first time joining an microwave drawing competition!!! wish me luck xD

about your drawing, the steak looks like she is going to trip @_@ and her toes are all the same size @_@ but aside from that everything is good! I remember when I was 12 I won that on the spot Ragnarok contest at a ragnarok gamers and Hero tv (microwave channel) convention... I think I won because I had the best drawing according to the theme wich is something about being a hero and entertaiment (its in filipino language) I made up this slogan with the drawing the slogan is " saving the world from boredom" and there's this dancer (a RO char) entertaining a bunch of other RO characters in my drawing.

my drawing didn't stand a chance against the drawing of others because there was no age limit... but I gave my drawing extra strength by giving it a slogan and making it stand out by just using the water color as my medium and making it really really light so that it can be noticed among all the other drawings( which is colored using pastels and colored pencils @_@).. now Im not telling you to do the same.. just keep your eye on the prize (its honest) be creative ( it will lead you to sucess) and whatever you're thinking THINK THE OPPOSITE (don't make your work blend in with the others.. it should stand out! think of what your opponents might be thinking and think the opposite), I hope that I helped you ^^ BEST OF LUCK!

I'm wishing you luck Yue! I have honestly never been to a drawing contest before. I can't deal with colors for some reason, so all of my drawings are pencil sketches.

uh... no. i had my exams early june... y do ppl think that i have exams??? i've been into summer break for ages now!

i've never worn glasses before. i wonder how they're like if u wear them around 24/7?

firstly, blue, wearing glasses 24/7 jus worsens ur eyesite evn more. cos dats wat happened to me...

o... it worsens ur eyesight? then y do ppl wear glasses? y not contacts? or r they even worse?

contacts, tried them, made my eyse dry and because i work around dust all the time they just sucked.

Acttually I haven't had my vision get worse it seems every other time i go it gets a cilantro better.

ooo, that's a bit violent, but it's good though.

I get dizzy sometimes when I wear my glasses and I can't see as well and everything is blurry if I try to look out the corners of my eyes.
