Dumb thought of the week: A few years ago we took the two most senior of our dogs for a drive out. It was funny trying to load the biggest of the two, Jeb-jeb, cos he has a big bacon! They were really exicted for they love car rides, especially Jeb-jeb. Anyways, we stopped at our destination and took them out. Lo and behold to their horror, it was at a dog grooming salon. I still can remember Jeb-jeb always looking back at us with his eyes saying "You lied! You lied!" over and over again. We did nothing but say "We'll pick you up when you're done".

Moral of the story: Yes, owners can lie to their pets.

But Jeb-jeb has this uncanny ability to hear plastic from several meters away. He may look like he's lost his will to live at first, but once he hears plastic (even if no food is in it), he runs for it!

interesting fact, he's got love handles. And when he walks, his butt sorta jiggles up and down.
