T-T I will really miss the croc hunter and his australian accent bloodyrain/sad.png it wasn't that much of a suprise for me that he wasn't killed by a croc @_@ he was too familliar with them.. I guess he wasn't as familliar with sea creatures. T-T

it was the camera man who made the sting ray angry too. its so sad. he was such a great man. i always thought he would be killed by a shark

i'm still really in shock that he died. i mean, i grew up watching his show! I really loved him for his passion in his career. there aren't many out there like him.

his special gift was to make people think about animals.. unlike other dull nature shows narrated only by a voice while nature images passed through the screen Irwin put a face on it.. he was a person you could identify with.. he's like a goofy bestfriend teaching you cool stuff about animals bloodyrain/sad.png(

He had an infectious joy in the world and shared his love and respect of animals with a whole new generation of peopel around the world. The world is just a tiny bit darker without him.
RIP Steve Irwin.

im glad this topic god attention. i feel bad for his father because they were like best friends

Symphony_572- 09-10-2006
I feel sorry for any family member and friends who loved him.

dr. faust- 09-11-2006
well his wife terry wasnt even in the local. she was in tasmania in the mountains. steve was worht over 40 million and owner of one of the biggest tourist attractions in the world. steve and his father has always known they would die this way. his father even said so. steve was lucky in that he trully did die the way he would have liked and he was offered a state funeral

Symphony_572- 09-11-2006
it doesn't really matter where his family memebers are or how much money he has. And even if his father expected, that doesn't mean he wasn't sad about it

dr. faust- 09-12-2006
i was just saying..........but what point is there being sad about death. it happens its part of life. you can miss them but would any person who trully cared about another want them to be depressed when they died? at some point yo have to pick up the piece and move on and find happiness again

Symphony_572- 09-16-2006
mm, you have a point there. but still, if one of my close relatives passed away, no matter how much s/he wouldn't want me to be sad, i'd still cry about it.

dr. faust- 09-16-2006
im not going to lie. if a relative of mine i would feel a faint sadness and then nothing. i dont have a close family and all family members see me as the cook sheep so i cant really relate. i get forgotten and left out of a alot....even on holidays....not even a christmas card.....its gone to the point when the forum was lively, i was here on christmas

Symphony_572- 09-18-2006
but you have to have people you really care about don't you?

dr. faust- 09-18-2006
if i did i wouldnt be called holden caufield by my best friend....see the thing is i care too much about certain people and the bridges turn to walls and yeah.... they are convinced im going to die before they are also...

Symphony_572- 09-22-2006
I'm not convinced that you're going to die before i am. life is unpredictable.
